Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may return your item within 30 days from the date it was shipped, no questions asked.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at WeCare@Tonicology.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to include this RMA number with your returned item so we can process your return quickly and efficiently.

We do NOT charge restocking fees.  However, original shipping fees are non-refundable.  If free shipping was included with your order, $9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.  Thank you for your understanding.
